This Legal Notice and Disclaimer applies to NTPrices.com (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Terms of Use, Copyright Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. INDEPENDENCE
NTPrices is an independent service that aggregates publicly available pricing and product information for games on the eShop. NTPrices is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the console maker, the eShop, or any game publisher or developer.
2. TRADEMARKS
The Switch and eShop names, and all game titles, character names, logos and other marks, are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on the Site is purely nominative — to identify the products we provide information about — and does not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.
3. THIRD-PARTY COPYRIGHT MATERIAL
Cover art, screenshots, trailers, and product descriptions displayed on the Site are the copyright of their respective owners and originate from the eShop. 4. PRICING INFORMATION
Prices, discounts, sale dates, price history and any “deal”, “deal score” or buy/wait assessments shown on the Site are collected automatically and cached. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, may differ from the price actually charged at checkout, and do not constitute an offer to sell. Always verify the current price on the eShop before making a purchase. NTPrices is not a seller; all transactions are conducted with and fulfilled by the eShop operator (or, where applicable, by a third-party retailer).
5. REGIONAL PRICING
Information about prices in other eShop regions is provided for comparison only. You are responsible for complying with the eShop’s Terms of Service and any applicable account, payment and regional rules. NTPrices does not facilitate, encourage, or take responsibility for purchases made outside your own region.
6. ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIP & AFFILIATE LINKS
The Site is supported by advertising and may display third-party adverts, directly-sold sponsorships and promoted (“sponsored”) content, which is labelled where required.
