These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of NTPrices.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms, our Legal Notice & Disclaimer, our Copyright Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. WHAT NTPRICES IS
NTPrices is an independent service that aggregates and presents publicly available pricing and product information for games on the eShop, together with our own compiled data and editorial content. NTPrices is not a seller, is not affiliated with the platform or any publisher, and does not process game purchases — all transactions are made with and fulfilled by the platform (or, where applicable, a third-party retailer).
2. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Site, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset, except through our official API under its terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the Site or its systems;
- misrepresent your identity or use the Site fraudulently.
3. ACCOUNTS
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account and personal data at any time from the Your Data & Privacy page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. PRICING INFORMATION
Prices, discounts, price history and any deal assessments shown on the Site are collected automatically, are provided for reference only, may be inaccurate or out of date, and do not constitute an offer to sell. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The original elements of the Site — its design and layout, the NTPrices name and logo, our written content, and our compiled data such as price history, deal scores and rankings — are owned by NTPrices and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute them without our prior written permission.
Game titles, cover art, screenshots, descriptions, logos and trademarks shown on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reference only. See our Copyright Policy for details and for how rights holders can request removal of content.
6. ADVERTISING, SPONSORSHIP & AFFILIATE LINKS
The Site is supported by advertising. It may display third-party adverts, directly-sold sponsorships and promoted (“sponsored”) content (labelled where required), and it contains affiliate links such as Amazon Associate links, from which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We do not control, and are not responsible for, third-party advertised products or merchants, and the presence of an advert or affiliate link is not an endorsement. How advertising relates to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Site links to third-party websites (for example, the eShop and affiliate partners). We are not responsible for the content, availability, products or practices of those sites, and your dealings with them are solely between you and the third party.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and all information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NTPrices and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from incorrect or outdated prices, missed deals, or purchases made in reliance on the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and the applicable laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence are not affected.
